The CMS jobs link on the top left of most vLHCathome pages
goes to:-

http://lhcathomedev.cern.ch/vLHCathome-dev/cms_job.php

and has this error:-

CMS job queue status
Warning: file_get_contents(http://lcggwms02.gridpp.rl.ac.uk:8319/status): failed to open stream: Connection timed out in /share/data/project/CMS-dev/html/user/cms_job.php on line 34

Since we're running only jobs via wmagent the "Queued: 0 Running: 0" above the first image on the CMS Jobs page is incorrect.
