This version uses the production version of CernVM rather than the development version. New error codes have been provided to report if there is no network connection (ERR_NO_NETWORK_CONNECTION) or one of the ports is not open (ERR_NETOPEN).

Saw this, but with CMS-Task - same messege in Theory:

Appears to be working, again.

EDIT:However, this kind of error can ruin the quota and stop you from getting new tasks for a while.
