I just noticed that a couple of new apps appeared on the applications page last week, namely camb_boinc2docker, camb_legacy and planck_param_sims but can't find any info on them (admittedly, I didn't look very hard). Any details on system requirements and what they are going to be doing?
My systems struggle with anything other than Theory and Sixtrack but I have set 1 machine to ask for these new apps but there doesn't appear to be any available as yet.

Axel I figured you would find that

Back on that other thread where I mentioned that and the other ones for Alpha.

Heck the way things look now I get to test and make them work and then somebody will join here with 100 computers and leave me in the dust with those same tasks another member and myself did the original testing for.

Oh well

So, with Cosmology using those same three, are they just variations on a "wrapper", rather than being applications in their own right?

Docker is using Container (Cent-OS for example). Virtualbox 5.1.26 is needed.
Have up to now no task running with docker in Cosmology (be there since four weeks), only x86 tasks (camb_legacy).
Crystal Pellet helps the Team to get app_config running in the past- saw this in their Forum.

Yes we Alpha test first and then they will come over here for more testing and then over to the public site (LHC)

What is TensorFlow Application?
Does this app have any relation to the LHC and CERN?
Or was it included in the list of applications from another project - like camb from Cosmology@Home?

These test apps are for now just placeholders for a summer student project which is looking at some problems involving Machine Learning.

Will post if/when we have some real work to crunch. For now please don't waste time wondering, OK?

Right now we only have these three task versions running since CMS needs an update and the rest of those are not ready to be tested here so set your preferences with only any of these three that you would like to test.

Thanks
