Are these supposed to be running here?

I have three X2 of the ATLAS Simulation v0.86 (vbox64_mt_mcore_atlas)
windows_x86_64 running and they are in the 2nd day and as slow as possible at 99.500%

Running on this host https://lhcathomedev.cern.ch/lhcathome-dev/show_host_detail.php?hostid=1816

I am getting close to just aborting them (next time I check) so I can get it back to seeing if CMS will start working again (not much luck there yet either) only one CMS actually is running Valid so far
