You must complete the setup that typically comes with vbox vdi file.

you are trying to run a native ATLAS application on an unprepared system

see instructions Instructions for ATLAS native app and CVMFS

for Ubuntu 20.04 you need to install and configure cvmfs
you may have to install additional packages - squashfs-tools, singularity-container, ...
(you need to look at the results of each stage of preparation)

Yeah I remember now why I don't run this project anymore, all I get is a lot of "commands not found" trying to set up the CVMFS ...
