Development for LHC@home

There is a problem with LHCathome-dev registration process.
Join button in upper corner of the page does not display Terms and conditions, and consequently fails registration as seen on the screenshot.

Registration works if "Create account" https://lhcathomedev.cern.ch/lhcathome-dev/create_account_form.php?next_url= button is used at https://lhcathomedev.cern.ch/lhcathome-dev/login_form.php , but it isn't obvious and serves as an unnecessary obstruction.
