I had one CMS today on my Intel iMac (v61.25) and it failed after 2 secs <core_client_version>8.0.2</core_client_version> For the past days I've had theory simulation tasks (with VB) that work fine on my machine. |

CMS 61.25 is from Nov 2024 and uses vboxwrapper 26208 (or a development artifact that reports 26208). On MacOS you need vboxwrapper 26210. Hence it makes no sense to run those tasks as they will all fail. The recent CMS 70.91 on prod uses vboxwrapper 26210. |

In reply to computezrmle's message of 9 Apr 2025: CMS 61.25 is from Nov 2024 and uses vboxwrapper 26208 (or a development artifact that reports 26208). I see there's a constant supply of 100 tasks for 61.25. Are they worth running on Windows/Linux? |

Once an app version has successfully been tested here for a while it may be implemented at the prod site. From that point it usually makes not much sense to run that app version here any more. CMS has 100 tasks available because they are automagically created by a script up to that limit. |

Makes sense, won't waste time on it then. Thanks for the quick reply! |
